Fees

As an OT professional in practice you do not need to pay for any entry to enter the Occupational Therapy Excellence Awards.

Any entry made by an individual OT professional, or a practice, or group of OT practices will be FREE.

The fee for any entry from a University offering OT courses will be £150.00 each.

Please note: if a university has multiple colleges offering OT courses the entry fee will be charged for each college when they enter.

The fee for any entry from a supplier company to the OT sector will be £300.00 each.

Universities or supplier companies pay, online, at the time of entry and will be taken to the payment page when the Submit button is clicked at the foot of the entry form. This may take a few seconds to load, so please be patient.

Charities may enter FREE OF CHARGE as well. Please make sure you tick the “Charity” box at the top of the entry form. Any organisation entering as a charity should be able to provide their Charity number, or their Limited by Guarantee registration number. A charity is not allowed to submit more than three entries to the Awards.

UK Value Added Tax (VAT) will be added to an entry fee when applicable and the payment page will automatically show you the correct amount to pay.

What does an entry fee cover?

Any entry fee charged goes towards the administration of the Awards – particularly checking entries and organising the judging.

When you complete your entry you will be taken to the payment page, where you will be able to pay for your entries, if fees are due, using any internationally recognised credit or debit card, via the PayPal for Business system.

By way of advance notice, please note that we will always run an event to celebrate the success of Finalists after judging is complete. It may a physical event, where table places will be available at a rate per person, or an online event, where a fee per Finalist company will be made, but these charges will be additional to any entry fees. Being part of a physical event or online presentation is at the discretion of each Finalist company and the results declared are completely independent of participation.
